Terrence is a design-led developer. We look for the sites others pass over, such as backland plots, redundant workshops and awkward corners of the city, and use careful design to unlock them, delivering well-made homes in overlooked locations across London.
We cover every stage of a project in-house, from site appraisal and raising capital, through design and detailing, to managing the build on site through to completion. One team holds the project from first look to handover, so decisions are made quickly and the design is never diluted.
